Garden Slope Mat - the natural erosion control carpet for your garden projects

Consisting of 100% natural coconut fibers, our slope mat "Nature" protects against erosion and has a superior ability to hold the ground. This ensures that your vegetation has sufficient support and that the roots can grow stably in the ground, even if the planting area is sloping.

The net structure, which is woven with a distance of approx. 15 mm, reduces the energy supply from water and wind and thus prevents erosion of your subsoil. It ensures effective erosion protection and allows your plants to grow stably even under unfavorable conditions. Depending on the slope, our erosion protection mat is available with a weight of 400 or 700 g/m² and in a length of up to 20 meters.

The life of the coconut mat is up to 36 months. It depends on the conditions on the site, the soil, water and climate conditions and the erosion risk on the site.

Possible areas of application for erosion protection

In addition to being used as erosion protection for your own garden plants, the dam mat is also suitable for public use in parks and other green areas. In addition, landscape netting can be used for pond construction or for your individual DIY project. The mat is best placed on a prepared surface where the erosion protection mat is attached to the ground over the entire surface without voids. It ensures optimal protection. Pieces that are put together should have an excess of 10 to 20 cm. The end pieces can then be secured either by digging them into the ground or by clamping them together.
