The mole barrier netting - ideal protection for your lawn
Mole barriers or the mole net provide optimal protection for your lawn and prevent ugly mole shoots. The mole net can be placed directly on the grass to prevent moles from reaching the surface. Turf or artificial grass can then be laid on top of the barriers so that it is no longer visible.By preventing moles from coming to the surface, they are forced to continue digging and look for a new home elsewhere.
When choosing a suitable net, two factors are particularly important. The first is the mesh size of the net and the second is the weight per square meters. A suitable mesh size is between 7 and 10 mm. It is large enough for the lawn and plants to continue to grow, but prevents the mole from biting through the mesh. The weight of the net also plays an important role, as it must not be possible for the mole to push the net away or move it. A good guideline here is 500 g/m².
